My Skincare Routine

First of all, I wanna tell you that my skin type is oily/combination. I easily have acne when I'm stressed or even in that time of period. I have experimented a lot to get a great skincare routine and love to try something new. So, these are the recent beauty products I've been using :)

LOREAL Lip and Eye Make-Up Remover
I really don't have any particular attention when it comes to eye makeup remover. I will use any brand as long as they are good enough to clean all my eyeliner and mascara. I got this one from Loreal when I just randomly picked it out from the nearest drug store. It is good enough for removing all my waterproof mascara and eyeliner with affordable price. This one is on my repurchase list.

Purity by Philosophy
Clarisonic Mia 2
For completely removing my makeup especially for the face, I use Purity cleanser with a help of Clarisonic Mia 2. I started using Clarisonic since 8 months ago. Honestly, I bought this famous beauty tool because of many bloggers' review about that. Many people said that Clarisonic would help reduce oil areas, blemishes, and minimise pores which I really needed. So... I thought it would be a good choice to get better skin. And the result is yes! Clarisonic helps me a lot! It leaves my skin so refreshing, soft and smooth every single use. I really feel my skin cleaner compared to manual cleansing. For cleansing process, pour a bit of the purity cleanser on the clarisonic brush. As instructed, use this tool in a circular motion (20 seconds on the forehead, 20 seconds on the nose and chin, 10 seconds on each cheek). There is a timer that sounds 'beep' every sequence is up. You have to replace its brush head every three month. The price of its brush head is around S$40. They have a different range of brush heads and currently I'm using the sensitive one.

Clarins Gentle Foaming Cleanser
Clarins Lotion Tonique (Combination or Oily Skin)
I have been using this cleanser since age 18 and couldn't find any better cleanser than this. I really love how clear effect it gives to my face after washing. After cleansing my face, I use this lotion to refresh my skin and tighten pores. I choose this lotion because I wish it would be a perfect match with my Clarins foaming cleanser lol. I have never left these both cleanser and lotion since forever. I have no plan to switch for other brands yet.

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel
I use this moisturiser twice a day, every morning before I put any makeup and also in the night before sleeping. Fyi, this is my second bottle and the reason why I repurchased it because it is not sticky (to be applied before makeup) and keep my skin hydrated.

Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Softener
Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Moisturizing Emulsion
I use these two brightening products once in a week (at night) to make my skin brighter. I got these when I felt like my skin got darker because I used to walk outside a lot when I was studying in Singapore. Therefore, I started browsing to find the best way to brighten my face and ended up with these two products. My friend told me that Asian's brands would give better results. Since I'm Asian and Shiseido is one of well-known brands from Japan, so my choice goes to these products.

Kiehls Blemish Control
Told ya that I easily get acne in particular period and this product helps me a lot. I only use it for my acne area and it will get better on the next day.

Glam Glow Mask
Nooow its time for the mask! Who doesn't know this famous mask ever? Everyone has been talking about this a lot! For the first time I saw this mask at Sephora, I really felt this thing was so overpriced. It costs S$92 and the size is not too big. The girl told me that it would last two months if I use it twice a week. However, I couldn't stand my curiosity about this mask and decided to purchase it. Andddd I didn't regret at all. It really leaves my skin so soft, smooth and cleanerrrr after using it for 20 minutes.  Currently I almost finish the entire bottle and will definitely purchase a new one.

Origins Modern Friction
Origins Drink Up-Intensive Overnight Mask
I always use these two products together, I mean before using the mask, I exfoliate my face first using the white one. I really love how this exfoliator works. I swear it leaves my skin so smooth and very clean! The mask which is the green one has really good smell and I feel so relaxing when I put them on my face. Since it is an overnight mask, so I usually use it before sleeping, leave it overnight and wash it off as I get up in the morning.

Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask
Innisfree is one of my favourite korean brands. I knew this brand for the first time because they used Lee Min Ho as their brand ambassador and at that time I was so in love with him in his drama series 'The Heirs' lol. I bought this clay mask as it was the best seller one from Innisfree. Surprisingly, it works well on my skin! I usually use this mask in the night before sleeping for 20 minutes.
Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Liquid Nose Pack
This one works similar with Biore Pore Pack (you guys must've known). I firstly put it on my nose area and take it off again after 20-30 minutes to reduce my blackheads.

Other Masks
Just some random masks I bought when I was in Japan. My favourite one is the eye gel mask. I use this eye gel mask when I feel like my eyes turn into panda eyes due to lack of sleep. I usually leave it for 20 minutes and TADAAA my eyes feel so refreshing!

Vaseline Petroleum Jelly
Hands down for this amazing gel with manyyy functions. I usually use this for my lip because chapped lip is absolutely not cool. I've been using this for three years and will never stop! Besides lip, it can be used for minor cuts or burns, growing lashes and really suitable for dry skin. You can see all the purposes from the back cover of the packaging. However, I only use this for my lip every night before sleeping and every morning before using lipstick. I got this gel for only around S$3-S$5, much cheaper than any other lip balm but this gel really does the job.
